Die Zwillinge Janelle (Lauryn Alisa McClain) und Tal (Petrice Jones) stammen aus einem Vorort in Ohio und müssen nun zu ihrem Onkel Al (Faizon Love) in die Metropole Atlanta ziehen, was ihr Leben komplett auf den Kopf stellt. With Sage’s tour opening in barely two months, Tal, Dondre, Poppy, and Odalie realize just how hard they’ll have to push themselves if they want to truly become a professional dance squad. East-O’s sudden death leaves Rigo with questions and a challenge to his father’s throne in the form of his prodigal Uncle Matty, while Sage surprises Collette by bringing in a frenemy from her past to run point on the tour.
