Owen wurde in seiner Wohnung überfallen. Zu seinem Glück ist ihm der Hausmeister John Martin zu Hilfe gekommen. Der Mann sammelt in seiner Wohnung zahlreiche Waffen und scheint äußerst kampferprobt zu sein. Weil das CIS-Team außerdem dort die Spuren eines Teenagers namens Carla gefunden hat, stellen die Agents Recherchen über Martin an, die eine zweifelhafte Vergangenheit ans Tageslicht bringen.
