Lehrerin Crystal Hoyle hat FBI-Agentin Megan entführt, um an vertrauliche FBI-Dokumente zu gelangen. Megan erfährt von Crystal, dass sie auf der Suche nach ihrer Tochter ist. Don und seinem Team gelingt es Megan zu befreien, doch Crystal kann fliehen. Mit den neu gewonnenen Informationen stellt Charlie einen Suchalgorithmus auf, der zu Crystal führen soll, um ihre grausigen Taten endgültig zu stoppen. Doch ist Charlie schnell genug?
