When an important patient’s test results reveal a rare complication, Saeki orders Tokai to perform the Snipe surgery in a hesitant Takashina’s place.

A lawyer comes to Tojo and accuses Amagi of fraud. After she collapses, she refuses to rely on his surgical expertise and turns to another hospital.

Amagi agrees to operate on Kizaki, a Japanese man who runs a restaurant chain in Korea. Minjae's mother, Sohyun, asks Amagi to reconsider.

Hoping to train a new medical AI, Sugai asks Amagi to perform a clinical trial operation. Later, the AI's developer, Hayakawa, suddenly collapses.

Episode 7
Chairman Uesugi's son Toshihiro — the president of Uesugi Motors — visits the hospital and asks Amagi to deliberately botch his father's surgery.

Amagi discovers a surprising photograph among Tokai's abandoned belongings. The next day, Saeki and Amagi are both absent from the hospital.
