Dudley Puppy is introduced to the super-secret undercover organization Turbo Undercover Fighting Force (T.U.F.F.) and his reluctant new partner, Kitty Katswell. The heroic super agents team up to stop Snaptrap, D.O.O.M.’s ill-mannered supreme leader, from enslaving all of the rats in Petropolis. Together, Dudley and Kitty promise to be quite an imposing crime-fighting duo.

When Kitty Katswell’s life is in danger, it’s up to Dudley Puppy to save his crime-fighting sidekick from the villainous Chameleon. Unfortunately one problem remains: who will protect Kitty from Dudley’s unique brand of “protection?”

To distract Dudley from bothering her on T.U.F.F.’s vacation cruise, Kitty lies and tells him that they’re on a stake-out. Little does she know, Snaptrap and his iceberg of D.O.O.M. are actually headed right for their cruise ship.

Dudley falls head over heels for the new temp at T.U.F.F, Fifi Oui Oui. Kitty and Keswick help him woo her before realizing it’s The Chameleon in disguise bent on destroying T.U.F.F headquarters for good.

After spending time in prison, Snaptrap convinces the T.U.F.F. agents that he wants to put his evil ways behind him. Kitty remains unconvinced even when Snaptrap goes on a “good deed” spree and gives out free goodies to the citizens of Petropolis. When Snaptrap reveals his true intentions and launches the crowded Petropolis mall into the sun, it’s up to Kitty to save them from imminent danger.

Dudley is determined to give Kitty the best birthday of her life, so he plans a surprise party at T.U.F.F. headquarters. But the festivities are threatened when the crime-busting duo’s latest mission requires them to stop Snaptrap’s plan to rid the world of cheese with a giant cheese magnet.

Keswick invents an artificial intelligence toaster capable of doing much more than making perfect toast. When the toaster malfunctions and goes out of control, it’s up to Dudley and Kitty to save the citizens of Petropolis.

In an ironic twist, T.U.F.F. and D.O.O.M. are forced to share office space after destroying each other’s headquarters. Before completely obliterating each other, the T.U.F.F. and D.O.O.M. agents realize it’s The Chameleon who has turned them against each other in an effort to further his own ambitions of domination. Note that there is a reference to The Brady Bunch in this episode.

After Dudley gets shrunken to the size of a flea, he convinces the Cheif to be his partner, since Kitty loses a bet with Keswick and has to go to the movie theater with him. Then they're swallowed by the Chameleon and have to get out.

The T.U.F.F. agents go undercover and disguise as ice skaters after the world's greatest figure skaters were kidnapped.

After discovering a long-forgotten T.U.F.F. rule that prohibits agents from using their blasters in the presence of children, Snaptrap begins bringing kids to the scene of all of his crimes. By disguising Keswick as a beloved children’s TV star, Dudley and Kitty are able to lure the kids to safety and foil Snaptrap’s plan.

A documentary-style TV show spends a day profiling T.U.F.F. and its super-star agents, but much to the agents’ embarrassment, the television crew arrives on the most boring day at T.U.F.F.

When Keswick's cloning machine ends up in the wrong hands, Petropolis is overrun by Snaptraps looting and destroying everything in their path! Things look pretty desperate for T.U.F.F. when Snaptrap sends his clone army to destroy them, but Dudley has a few tricks up his sleeve, including a few extra Dudleys!

Bird Brain's discovery that he is the last blue-bottomed booby in Petropolis lands him on the endangered species list and, unfortunately, off T.U.F.F.'s "Most Wanted" list as they are not allowed to touch him with his newly acquired status! With the Evil Channel always broadcasting the evil plans of the day, things have gotten easy. Hinchman Larry gets fed up with always loosing and quits Snaptraps gang and starts one of his own that does not broadcast their evil plans. How will T.U.F.F. take him down?

D.O.O.M. go to the North Pole to ruin Christmas for everyone. It's up to the agents of T.U.F.F. to save the holiday and a certain racecar bed.

While on a mission in space, Dudley accidentally causes the most powerful T.U.F.F. super space laser to break into three pieces. Snaptrap wants the laser for himself so that he can pop all the corn in the world's "corn belt" in order to raise the price of movie popcorn. However, Snaptrap doesn't realize that heating the "corn belt" will result in the Earth's total destruction. The race is on for Dudley and Kitty to get all the pieces back before Snaptrap does.

Dudley verwandelt sich mit Keswicks Hirnwechsler in Kitty, um Jack Hase ein für alle mal eine Abfuhr zu erteilen. // Snaptrap versetzt Dudley mit dem Traumzerstörer in einen gefährlichen Tiefschlaf. Können die TUFF-Agenten ihn rechtzeitig wecken?

Snaptrap wird Dudleys neuer Mitbewohner im Baumhaus. Da ist Chaos vorprogrammiert. // Dudley verpennt unzählige Male seine Arbeit. Der Chef stellt ihm ein Ultimatum: am nächsten Tag pünktlich kommen, sonst wird er entlassen.

Dudley wirft sich dazwischen, als Birdbrain einen Verliebtheitsstrahler auf die Frau am Bankschalter richtet. Nun liebt er Birdbrain. // Der Bluffalo ist ein Meister darin, Verbrechen anzudrohen, sie aber nicht zu begehen. Dudley kapiert das nicht.

Besuch aus der Zukunft: Das Chamäleon verwandelt sich in Dudley und macht ihm weis, es sei sein Ich aus der Zukunft. // Licht, Kamera, Quacktion!: Die Ente Quacki und der Teile-Elch engagieren die TUFF-Agenten angeblich als Schauspieler für einen Film.

Begegnung der unheimlichen Art: Dudley und Keswick gelingt es, Kontakt mit Außerirdischen aufzunehmen. / Goldgräberstimmung: DOOM findet eine alte Karte, die zum Riesen-Goldnugget von Goldgräber Gary in Critter Creek, einer alten Westernstadt, führt.

Die Rattenfalle: Dudley und Kitty haben Mitleid mit Snaptrap, der von seiner Familie verspottet wird. / Agent des Jahres: Dudley und Kitty stellen fest, dass sie gleich viele Verbrecher gefasst haben und um den Titel "Agent des Jahres" konkurrieren.

Tuffe Entscheidungen: Snaptrap merkt, dass seine Unentschlossenheit ihn bei seiner kriminellen Karriere behindert. / Heul doch!: Als Dudley merkt, dass man mit Weinen immer seinen Willen bekommt, setzt er auf Krokodilstränen, um seine Ziele zu erreichen.

Der letzte Schrei: Dudleys laute Stimme macht TUFF Probleme. Keswick erfindet ein Stummschalte-Halsband, doch dann erfährt Dudley von einem Verbrechen und kann keinen warnen. / Die Geburtstagsfeier: Dudley feiert Geburtstag in Quackis neuester Location.

Die Schurken von Petropolis tun sich zusammen und stehlen alle Süßigkeiten für Halloween. Keswick hat hinter TUFF ein Grab geöffnet und so Zombies aufgeweckt. Dudley und Kitty müssen die Untoten bekämpfen und die Bösewichte finden, um Halloween zu retten.

DOOM tut sich mit dem Chamäleon zusammen, um Hochzeitsgeschenke zu stehlen. Daraufhin sagen alle Paare ihre Hochzeiten ab. Dudley und Kitty können die Verbrecher nur fangen, indem sie ein verliebtes Paar mimen und eine Hochzeit ausrichten.

Tierisch groß: Birdbrain stiehlt den Wachs-Schneller-Propeller, die neueste Erfindung von TUFF, und wird so zum Riesen. / Fiese Eier: Dudley und Kitty sind undercover im Krankenhaus unterwegs, um herauszufinden, wer sämtliche Eier stiehlt.

Die Agenten sind beim Camping im Yellowbone Park, wo Snaptrap Picknickkörbe stiehlt. / Blick in die Zukunft: Dudley wird vom Blitz getroffen und entdeckt, dass er in die Zukunft schauen kann. Er nutzt seine neue Fähigkeit, um Verbrecher zu fangen.

Die doppelte Kitty: Kittys böse Zwillingsschwester Katty Katswell bricht aus der Haft aus und übernimmt Kittys Platz bei TUFF. // Fliegender Hund: Birdbrain fliegt mit einem Anti-Schwerkraft-Gerät. Er übertreibt es aber, sodass ganz Petropolis schwebt.

Agenten der Wahrheit: Kitty und Dudley essen aus Versehen Keswicks Wahrheitssirup und müssen seitdem immer die Wahrheit sagen. // Der Bagel und das Biest: Der Yeti gilt in Petropolis als Verbrecher, doch Dudley will seinen Kindheitshelden rehabilitieren.

König der Schlammkäfer: Als ihm klar wird, dass er für nichts zuständig ist, bestellt Dudley ein Paket Schlammkäfer, um die er sich kümmert. // Der Hund des Gesetzes: TUFF entdeckt ein Gesetzbuch von Daniel Boone Looney, das zwingend zu befolgen ist.

Der Buchstabierwettbewerb: Die Buchstabiene schnappt alle Kinder beim Buchstabierwettbewerb und fordert Dudley heraus. // Bei Keswick allein zu Haus: Als TUFF auf Reisen ist, bricht Snaptrap bei Keswick ein und stiehlt den neu erfundenen Kopfschrumpfer.

FLOPP entführt die TUFF-Sekretärin Tammy. Kein Problem, denken alle zunächst. Doch dann wird ihnen klar, wie wichtig Tammy war. // Keswick hat festgestellt, dass die Teams innerhalb von TUFF ineffizient arbeiten. Es werden neue Teams gebildet.
