»Habt ihr Tama gesehen?« – So lautet sinngemäß der Text eines Flyers, der eine Katze mit geknicktem Schwanz zeigt. Vor diesem steht ein Junge, der wie die abgebildete Katze gelbliche Tierohren hat – schließlich handelt es sich dabei um Tama selbst. »Uchitama?! Have you seen my Tama?« ist ein Ableger der Kinderserie »San-choume no Tama: Uchi no Tama Shirimasen ka?« und zeigt die Erlebnisse verschiedenster Katzen und Hunde in ihrem Stadtteil. Aus ihrer Sicht erleben sie die Geschehnisse jedoch als Menschen mit Tierohren. Zum Beispiel, als sich Tama und sein hündischer Freund Pochi auf einem Ausflug schon wieder verirren, sodass Tamas Herrchen erneut Suchplakate aufhängen muss; nun wird Tama zwar vermisst, aber Pochi eben nicht. Dieser hat auch sogleich eine unangenehme Begegnung mit Bull, dem neuen Hund im Stadtteil. Der will allen von vornherein zeigen, dass man mit ihm keine Spielchen treiben sollte.

A huge group of frogs appears in front of Tama and the others. Following them leads everyone to a construction site. That's where the frogs' friend RibiRibi is meant to be... As the excavators rumble, RibiRibi raises his head aboveground. RibiRibi's in danger!
