Sharon Spitz ist eigentlich ein ganz normales 14-jähriges Mädchen. Sie hängt mir ihren Freunden ab und will irgendwie das erste Jahr an der High School überstehen. Doch aus dem einfachen Leben wird nichts, denn mit einer Zahnspange im Mund gestaltet sich das einfache Schülerinnenleben manchmal etwas komplizierter. Der Umstand, dass ihre Zahnspange durch einen mysteriösen Unfall in der Praxis ihres Kieferorthopäden öfters mal verrückt spielt macht die Sache da auch nicht gerade leichter.

1. Staffel 1 (26 Episoden)

Episode 1
Sharon Spitz, a 13-year-old 8th grader get's braces the day before picture day. When getting braces at the ortadontist, there is a thunder storm and the power go's out. Something happens with Sharon's braces and now its making her do all sorts of weird things!

Episode 2
Sharon's friend Conner gets some acupuncture to treat his allergies and when he gets better, his self-confidence suddenly improves. When Conner starts hanging with a girl he has a crush on,(Tally) Sharon gets a little jealous and starts to think that she may have a crush on him!

Episode 3
Sharon reads Maria's diary after her braces open its lock, and she assumes that a list of negative character traits found in it apply to her.

Episode 4
Sharon and her mom try to rebuild trust in their relationship after Sharon defies her mom and goes to a concert she was forbidden to attend. Meanwhile, Nina hires Sharon's mom as her therapist.

Episode 5
Alden, who's working in a meat packing plant to raise money for his band, encourages Sharon to apply for a job in the office. She reluctantly accepts the job, but winds up becoming a vegetarian and quitting when her braces begin picking up sounds from the slaughter house next door. She tries to encourage Alden to quit also, and becomes somewhat disillusioned with him when he won't. But her resentment doesn't last long when it's announced that there's a fundraiser barbeque for Alden's band. Sharon wants to go, but is reminded by her nemesis, Nina, that it would be against her principles, since they're serving meat. Sharon decides to go to the barbeque to offer a meat-free alternative, but winds up in an altercation with Nina which results in Alden's guitar getting smashed. Sharon feels awful, but all is well when she discovers Alden carries no resentment over the loss of his guitar. It turns out that he's gotten a raise, so he can afford to buy a new guitar.

Episode 6
When Adam says that he is helpless in romantic relationships, he asks for Sharon's advice. Sharon then decides to take it like a makeover. But, when her makeover turns them into something they are not, both of their relationships backfire.

Episode 7
Sharon's message that she's attracted to Alden accidentally gets misdirected to Buck's cell phone, which leads Buck to believe that Sharon likes him.

Episode 8
Sharon decides to confess her feelings to Alden so she leaves him a voice mail. However, somehow the message reaches Brock, instead of Alden. Suddenly Brock starts flirting with her.

Sharon tries to reunite her divorced parents after she has conflicting feelings about her mom's new boyfriend.

Episode 10
Sharon takes advantage of a daredevil opportunity when her braces kick-start her mother's car. But her older brother, Adam, unknowingly takes the blame when she ends up having an accident.

Episode 1
Sharon go's to high school! Sharon get's a mentour, Dion. He's very original and unique. He's just designed a whole new dress, ""The Social Fabric"" -for Sharon to model! But when Sharon gets picked on from Eve. Sharon starts to feel like she needs to fit in more. Eve asks Sharon to do a wicked thing for her.

Episode 2
Sharon turns 14 years old. Nina has always been a few days before Sharon, and there's no exact way for Sharon to top her Birthday from Nina's! Sharon expects that everyone is throwing her a surprise party!

Episode 3
Sharon gets a job at LifeCycles (the smoothie place) to pay for a ski trip. When Sharon's Manager tells Sharon he's going somewheres the same day as the Ski Trip, and Sharon has to work that day, Sharon plays Hookie!

Episode 4
Sharon gets jealous when Alden starts to hang around a cheerleader. So Sharon writes a letter to Alden, ""Dear Alden"" Sharon's braces do something tricky and send the letter to the school's website!

Episode 5
Sharon and Maria start being ""Bad-Girls"" to moutain their image better. But when Sharon gets way over her head, its not too late to call a cab!

Episode 6
After breaking up with Alden, Sharon tries to become friends with Alden again since their relationship has since been a bit unstable.

Sharon is getting ready for the fashion show, where she is Dion's model. She's also troubled by Nina's comments and starts dieting. When Harrison has a crush on Sharon, she is forced to lie since she's not attracted to him.

Sharon is outraged when the fashion company that Maria is modeling for includes fur among its products.

Episode 9
Sharon becomes a Finalist in the TV3 Contest to be ""The Coolest."" When Conner and Maria make fake statements on Sharon, Sharon gets Troubled and explains the truth to TV3, Maybe Sharon's not the Coolest and doesnt have a perfect family, but she's cool with that!

Episode 10
Conner gets rescued from a fire at ""Life Cycles"" by Alyson's dad. When Conner tells Alyson to thank her dad for saving Conner, Alyson realizes what a good friend he is to her. So Alyson finally stands up for herself and tell's Nina she's tired of being a servant for her all the time. The two decide not to be friends anymore, and Alyson now considers Sharon, Maria and Conner, as Alyson's best friends! When Sharon and Maria use Alyson's ticket for the recitale Nina is doing her solo in, they decide to ruin the show for Nina, by cutting off the straps to Nina's Dress. When Nina is in danger, Alyson trys to save her but to find out that Sharon and Maria ruined Nina's dress! Nina gets so humiliated that she starts to cry and Alyson gets angry with Sharon and Maria. In the end, Alyson forgives them and still would like to be friends.
3. Staffel 3 (27 Episoden)

Episode 1
Brock writes a school play, Dr. Jekyll & Ms. Hyde. Sharon and Nina audition for the title role(s), but Nina wins the lead because her evil Ms. Hyde is so genuinely convincing - and Sharon is assigned the part of understudy. So Sharon tries to get Nina to drop out of the play by taking advantage of Nina's superstitious streak. Unfortunately, things go even better than Sharon had planned.

Episode 2
Sharon and Connor are teamed on a science project/contest that Connor really wants to win. Since science isn't her strongest subject Sharon feels she's dragging Connor down and jeopardizing his chance of victory. So when she accidentally obtains some crucial information that thrusts their team into the lead, she's reluctant to clear up the confusion.

Episode 3
When Sharon demonstrates a natural talent for psychological insight, she suggests Maria join the boys' hockey team to improve her game. Then Sharon becomes the unofficial team shrink by helping other players with their psychologically based playing problems. But when Maria has second thoughts about remaining on the boys' team, Sharon puts her own agenda ahead of her friend's.

Episode 4
When a hockey puck bonks Alden on the head, he suddenly thinks that he and Sharon are still a couple. Following doctor's orders to ""not shock his system"", Sharon and the rest of the gang go along with the deception until Alden 'comes to his senses'. But Marlo grows unhappy and impatient seeing her boyfriend cuddling up to Sharon - while Sharon is surprised to find that she's kind of enjoying the walk down memory lane.

Episode 5
When Sharon was younger she dropped out of ballet class. After realizing that she's still passionate about the artform and regrets having quit, she decides to start taking lessons again. But the only job she can find to pay for them is as a clown. The problem is that she has become a very klutzy ballerina - but is a natural born buffoon.

Episode 6
After Sharon is mistaken for being ""13 and under"" once too often, she determines that it's because some other girls her age are better developed. So Sharon buys a pump up bra to give Mother Nature a hand. After an initial thrill at all the extra attention her new fuller figure is receiving, she discovers that her more mature look comes with its own unique set of problems.

Episode 7
When her English teacher compliments Sharon on her poetry, Sharon decides to perform at a local poetry slam. And she's a hit until Adam - at Sharon's urging - also performs. His natural talent gets even more attention, immediately eclipsing her moment in the sun. Not only that, Adam needs Sharon's help for inspiration, but eventually Sharon isn't so sure she wants to help if it's at her expense.

Sharon makes the double mistake of thinking that Dion is lonely and that she knows him better than he knows himself. With those two pieces of misinformation in hand, she sets out to match him up with a seemingly likeminded guy that she just met. But things don't go smoothly and she almost jeopardizes her friendship with Dion.

Episode 9
Mangled Metal needs to rehearse and finish a new song for an important performance that night. So Sharon runs a seemingly simple errand for the band while an exhausted Maria gets some well-deserved rest. Unfortunately Sharon has to baby-sit David's twins while she does the errand and she botches it. Then the band starts to argue amongst themselves and it looks as if they'll break up before that night's performance. But rather than wake Maria up, Sharon scrambles to undo all the damage so her friend can get some much-needed sleep.

Episode 10
Sharon is feeling dull, ordinary and unadventurous. And worst of all, her friends see her that way, too. So when a quirky substitute-student teacher encourages Sharon to be more free-spirited, Sharon embraces a new spontaneity. But as she grows closer to the teacher she begins to alienate her friends. Soon she learns that it's a fine line between being free-spirited and eccentric.
