In dieser kanadischen Animationsserie geht es um den 10-jährigen Timmy Turner, der in der Schule regelmäßig auf die Mütze bekommt, von seiner Babysitterin massakriert und von seinen Eltern vernachlässigt wird. Doch eines Tages begegnet ihm das Glück in Form zweier Goldfische, die er geschenkt bekommt, und die sich als Elfen entpuppen, welche Timmy jeden Wunsch erfüllen. Die beiden Fabelwesen namens Cosmo und Wanda bemühen sich nach Kräften, alles zu erledigen, was Timmy ihnen aufträgt. Doch da der Junge nicht gerade ein Intelligenzbolzen ist, schießt er mit seinen Wünschen meist übers Ziel hinaus und muss mit haarsträubenden Konsequenzen zurechtkommen. Zudem muss Timmy immer wieder damit rechnen, dass sein überaus neugieriger Lehrer hinter sein magisches Geheimnis kommt.

Timmy hat es satt, ein Kind zu sein, und wünscht sich, er könnte älter sein, um erwachsene Dinge zu tun, aber sein Wunsch geht nach hinten los, als im Regelwerk festgestellt wird, dass Cosmo und Wanda ihm jetzt, da er erwachsen ist, keine Wünsche erfüllen oder ihn wieder in ein Kind verwandeln können, bis er ein Kind ist oder sich wie ein Kind verhält.

Energie-Alarm
Nachdem er sich ein herausforderndes Virtual-Reality-Spiel gewünscht hat, geht Timmy auf die Toilette und lässt Chester und AJ unbeaufsichtigt. Die beiden beschließen zu spielen. Als Timmy realisiert was passiert ist, muss er in das Spiel gehen um sie zu retten.

Besuch aus dem All
Beim Anschauen von "Crash Nebula"" wünscht sich Timmy einen Alien zum Spielen. Also nehmen Cosmo und Wanda einen echten Alien-Prinzen - Mark. Seine Eltern sind wütend und reisen zur Erde, um sie in die Luft zu jagen. In der Zwischenzeit hat sich Mark in Vicky verliebt, und Timmy kann ihn nicht wegwünschen, weil Elfen sich nicht in die wahre Liebe einmischen können. Timmy geht zu Marks Eltern und bittet sie, ihren Sohn davon zu überzeugen, Vicky zu vergessen, aber Timmy muss erst ihre härtesten Tests bestehen. Wird er in der Lage sein, das Chaos zu beheben und die Erde vor der Zerstörung zu retten?

While watching ""Crash Nebula"" Timmy wishes for an alien to play with. So, Cosmo and Wanda take a real alien prince - Mark. His parents are furious and travel to Earth to blow it up. In the meantime, Mark has fallen in love with Vicky, and Timmy can't wish him away because GodParents can't interfere with true love. Timmy goes to Mark's parents and asks them to convince their son to forget about Vicky, but Timmy must first pass their toughest tests. Will he be able to fix this mess and save the Earth from destruction?

Cosmo and Wanda shrink Timmy so he can complete his assignment on the microscopic universe but problems ensue when Cosmo and Wanda, who have also shrunk themselves, get eaten by Vicky. Timmy must now go inside Vicky to save his godparents but stirs up a lot of trouble in the process. To make matters worse, Vicky plans on tearing apart the house and blaming it all on Timmy to his parents.

In order to get Cosmo back, Wanda must compete against Twinkle and Star in a game show hosted by Cupid, but Cosmo's mom will do anything to ensure that he doesn't go home with Wanda.

Timmy has a giant crush on Trixie Tang, the most popular girl in school, but she doesn't even know he exists! In order to get Trixie to notice him, Timmy wishes for a long list of superficial things to make him popular. Not only is he overworking Cosmo and Wanda, he is being rude to them and his friends! As a result, Timmy ends up in fairy court and loses his godparents. This makes him realize the things that are really important, but will this be enough to earn the forgiveness of his friends and regain his godparents?

Timmy stops Crocker from uploading that file, and Timmy gets a hold of a film of Mr. Crocker in his mothers red rubber dress!, and he shows it to the whole world.

This results in Cosmo and Wanda moving every woman in Dimsdale to another part of the world, which is putting much strain and pain on Cupid because of a lack of love. Eventually, the citizens of Himsdale and Hersdale have a blast apart, but are dogged by the aspect that ""something is missing"", unaware that it is love, and the opposite gender. Timmy tries to unite them, but they only cause a war where only a ""warrior of love"" can come in and restore everything.

The pirates attack the Pirates games, and the Pirates baseball team helps defeat them.

Dark Laser's back and after trying (and failing) to destroy Timmy, he adopts the saying, "if you can't beat 'em, get 'em to join you." He offers Timmy a scholarship to "Dark-Mouth University" in an effort to get him to become his evil apprentice. Timmy refuses but Mom and Dad – excited that someone else is going to pay for Timmy's college – eagerly accept the offer. Timmy is given a dark suit with dark powers and the proviso that if Timmy tries it and doesn't want it, Dark Laser will leave Earth alone forever. Timmy agrees, and soon it seems he's fallen under the evil spell of the evil suit.

Poof is upset his parents want him to take the lead role in the school play, but he quickly changes his mind after his new crush, Goldie Goldenglow gets the female lead role, but to get the role, he has to beat his archnemesis Foop, who also fell for Goldie.[2]

With Poof's first day in Spellementary School, he and Foop compete to be the most popular student there, but Foop takes it to extremes when his classmates don't accept him, and its up to Poof to stop his anti-fairy counterpart from tearing apart the school!

Timmy's Dad becomes obsessed with proving his neighbor, Mr. Dinkleberg is evil. He enlists Timmy to help him spy on Dinkleberg by dressing up like a girl scout!

Timmy's previous wish for a Planet of the Dads backfires when the Dads realize the one thing missing from their lives is Mom, and they come to steal her away from Dad and Timmy! It's up to Timmy, Cosmo (in a magnify glass disguise), Wanda (in ice cube disguise, who was forced to remain in a freezer to prevent from melting), Poof (in a bee disguise), Mark Chang and a rather bumbling "Real Dad" to thwart the Dads and rescue Mom!

Unfortunately, his closest available relative is his long-lost cousin Cosmo as his Nana Boom Boom was playing Explosive Bingo and his cousin Leonard Von Strangle was on a trip in the Bahamas.

Mr. Turner has been fired from his job, so he tries to start up a farm instead. Unfortunately, he has no luck at growing anything, so Timmy wishes his father's crops would grow huge. But now Timmy's father has so much success that he wants his family to stay on the farm forever!

Crockers Monster-Show
After mysterious monster appearences of monsters on Dimmsdale, Crocker starts a webshow to comment it, and asks for viewers to call if they see a monster. Unfortunately, Timmy wishes for them, Dad calls Crocker everynight and he gets a freepass to film the fairies.
