Vor sechs Jahren wurde bei dem glücklich verheirateten Do Hoon (Kam Woo Sung) Alzheimer diagnostiziert. Seine Braut Soo Jin (Kim Ha Neul) träumt davon, eine Familie mit ihm zu gründen. Erbittert, Soo Jin ein gutes Leben zu ermöglichen – selbst, wenn das bedeutet, getrennt zu sein – entschließt sich Do Hoon dazu, dass Scheidung ihre einzige Option ist.
