Eine Witwe mit drei Töchtern und ein Witwer mit drei Söhnen. Das alles verändernde Ereignis: Eine Hochzeit. Das Ergebnis: Ein turbulentes, total komisches Chaos. Denn seit Carol mit ihren drei Gören bei Architekt Mike Brady und seinen Jungs eingezogen ist, hat die eingefleischte Männerwirtschaft ein jähes Ende. Das zeigt sich nicht nur am morgendlichen Kampf um einen Stehplatz im Badezimmer. Die exzentrische Haushälterin Alice fungiert dabei immer wieder als Schiedsrichterin und komplettiert den liebenswerten Brady-Clan.

Episode 1
In the series opener, Mike Brady, a widower with three boys, marries Carol Martin, a widow with three girls. Just as the minister says "I do" the boy's dog, Tiger gets loose and chases the girl's cat through the wedding party. Chaos breaks loose which prompts Carol and Mike to yell at their kids to control their pets. Guilt over yelling at their kids comes into play later during Mike and Carol's honeymoon.

Episode 2
An article in an advice column, Dear Libby, draws Marcia's attention. In the article, an anonymous person is in the same situation as Mike and Carol is in and this particular person is unhappy. This leads Marcia to draw the conclusion that Mike or Carol wrote the letter. She later shows the article to the other kids and they devise a plot to keep their newly formed family together.

Episode 3
Cindy has been cast as the fairy princess in the school play. She's excited that her mom and new dad will be able to see her in the production until she learns she can only invite one parent. Torn between who she should choose, Cindy fakes an injury to get out of being in the play.

Episode 4
No longer feeling needed around the Brady household, Alice makes up a story about an ailing aunt in Seattle in order to leave. Later the family finds out the truth and put "Operation Alice" in effect in an attempt to make her stay.

Episode 5
Jan comes down with a mysterious allergy and Carol and Alice try to determine just what is causing it. They deduce that the cause is Tiger, the family dog. Or is it?

Episode 6
With more and more of the girls belongings being moved over from storage, the boys become fed up and take to their 'No Girls Allowed' clubhouse in the backyard which sparks the first of many battles between the sexes. This leads the girls to try to build their own clubhouse.

When Cindy's doll, Kitty Karry-All turns up missing, she accuses Bobby. This leads to a mock trial with Alice as the judge to determine Bobby's guilt or innocence. Then later Bobby's kazoo turns up missing and he blames Cindy.

Episode 8
Mike and Carol prepare for a family camping trip. However, the boys are not thrilled that the girls will be coming along. Meanwhile, the girls aren't exactly thrilled about sleeping in the wilderness. Later on the trip, things go awry when the girls mess up the boys fishing plans and freak out when they hear owl hoots.

With nine people in the house, Mike gets frustrated when he can never get any time on the phone for himself. He decides to install a second phone line, but that only makes the problem worse. Thanks to one of Alice's ideas, Mike decides to install a pay phone in the family room.

After watching "Cinderella" on TV, Bobby becomes concerned about stepmothers—especially since Carol asks him to sweep out the fireplace. Soon after, feeling worthless, Bobby decides to run away.

Episode 1
The Bradys set out for a family vacation to the Grand Canyon. However, en route, the family stops in an old ghost town where and old prospector locks them in a jail cell.

Episode 2
After escaping the jail cell, the Brady finally arrive in the Grand Canyon and set up camp. Later, the family is thrown into a panic, when Bobby and Cindy get lost in the canyon while chasing and Indian boy.

Episode 3
Bobby and Cindy find their way back to camp bringing relief to a worried Mike and Carol. However, Bobby and Cindy's wanting to help the Indian boy, Jimmy, in his quest of running away to become an astronaut gets them into more trouble.

Episode 4
Greg buys his first car for $100 from his friend Eddie who made the car into something it's not. Finding that he has been stuck, Greg attempts to do the same thing Eddie did, when he tries to sell the car.

Episode 5
Greg is furious when he discovers Marcia is dating Warren Mulaney, his arch rival who beat him out in a basketball rank. To get revenge, Greg begins dating the woman who beat Marcia out in cheerleading.

Episode 6
Convinced he doesn't have personality, Peter goes all out to try to get one. After imitating celebrities, Peter decides to try a funny personality in which he stocks up on jokes and plans to show his new personality off at a party.

Episode 7
When Marcia gets the lead as Juliet in the school play, she lets it go to her head, which causes her to become unbearable at home and at school and plays as the major reason why she is replaced by her understudy.

Episode 8
A commercial producer discovers the Brady family while they are grocery shopping, one afternoon. He quickly wants them to be in a laundry soap commercial and soon the problem is whether or not to do the commercial since they don't use the product.

Episode 9
Peter begins to secretly eavesdrop in on his siblings private conversations with the help of Mike's tape recorder. This cause sibling rivalry and discord between his brothers and sisters.

Episode 10
Tired of being in Marcia's shadow, Jan is determined to do something that Marcia never did. However, Jan becomes more depressed when she fails to make the pom-pom team and her friend makes the squad. Then she wins first prize in the essay contest and finds out her teacher made a mistake in scoring.

Episode 1
Mike has to check on the construction of a building that his construction firm is building and it so happens the building is in Hawaii, so he takes the whole family along. However, ancient Hawaiian superstition begins to plague the family when Bobby discovers a ancient taboo idol that brings bad luck to those who touch it. Part 1 of three.

Episode 2
During a surfing competition, Greg wears Bobby's taboo idol and "wipes out". Soon after, Greg, Peter and Bobby learn of the ancient superstition from a construction worker, Mr. Hanalei. This leads the boys to search for an ancient burial ground to return the idol to break the curse. However, when they arrive at the burial ground, they are unaware of a shadowy figure trailing them.

Episode 3
An archeologist traps the boys in the caves at the burial ground and takes them hostage insisting they tell him where they found the idol. Meanwhile, Jan, Marcia and Cindy debate on whether or not to tell Mike and Carol, the boys whereabouts when they fail to come back for dinner.

Episode 4
It's the beginning of another school year, and Marcia panics about becoming a freshman in school, going as far as pretending to be sick. However, after parents see through her act, they give her some advice, get involved and she does, joining every group or club available.

One afternoon, Jan brings her friend, Kerry home and introduces her to her family. Kerry quickly makes the biggest impression on Peter who wants Greg's advice on landing a girl. This leads to Greg playing Cyrano for Peter, however, Kerry mistakenly thinks Greg is the one who has feelings for her.

One evening, Jan and Cindy claim to have seen a ghost but is revealed to be a trick by Greg, Peter and Bobby. This leads the girls to use the same tactics the boys used to scaring them. However, things get out of hand when Alice becomes the target of the scare tactics.

Episode 7
Marcia and Greg's high school is putting on Family Frolics activity which is a type of variety show with the students and their families providing the entertainment. This leads Marcia to talk Carol into performing a routine with her while Greg and Mike collaborate on their own.

Episode 8
Jan is fed up with the number of people in the household and voices her want to be an only child. So the other kids oblige and give her all the space she wants and she finds that she has more space than she needs or even wants when she begins to excluded from the other kids activities.

Episode 9
In a paper for English class, Greg writes about wanting to follow in his dad's footsteps and become an architect. When Mike, reads the paper, he is ecstatic and goes all out encouraging him unknown to him Greg just picked whatever career to write the paper. Meanwhile, Peter and Jan also explore careers.

The kids begin to give Alice the cold shoulder treatment after she reveals that Greg and Peter broke an antique lamp of Carol's. The girls join the bandwagon when Alice innocently tells Carol that Marcia left the stereo on all night. Feeling unwanted and no longer needed, Alice quits.

As the Bradys are auditioning for a TV amateur show, a musical agent spies Greg and offers him the chance of becoming a solo star. This begins to worry Mike and Carol who hoped he would go onto college and angers his siblings for deserting them, since they were a group.

Episode 2
Joe Nameth guest stars as himself in this episode where Bobby lies to his friends when he tells them that he knows Joe Nameth. This leads Cindy to make up a bogus letter stating that Bobby is dying and his last wish is to meet the football star.

Episode 3
To get enough money for a retirement gift for a teacher, the Brady family puts on a production of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, but a mistake in dates threatens the performance when the Bradys have no theatre to put it on.

Episode 4
After Bobby defends Millicent at school she rewards him with a kiss and he immediately sees sky rockets. This leads him to try to kiss her again but after seeing those sky rockets again, she delivers the news that she may have the mumps.

Episode 5
Greg has finally landed a date with Sandra but he will only be able to go out with her if he can get a date for her visiting cousin, Linda. He turns to the last resort, he gets Peter to wear a fake mustache and act as if he were an older man.

Episode 6
Greg becomes the person who has to house Raquel, a goat who happens to be the rival school's mascot, after him and his teammates swipe her in retaliation after the other team swiped their mascot. Things get out of control when Raquel proves to be hard to handle, easy to feed and not easy to catch.

Episode 7
Marcia's got a new job working after school at a ice cream parlor. With both school and work, Marcia has little time for her boyfriend who, fed up comes into the parlor with another girl. Meanwhile, Marcia suggests Peter for a job but when he goofs off she is the one who fires him.

Episode 8
After Bobby pushes Peter out of the way of a falling ladder, Peter volunteers to be Bobby's ""slave for life."" However, Bobby begins to take advantage of the situation which yet again leads to discord in the Brady household.

Episode 9
Marcia becomes involved with Jerry Rogers, a quarterback for the Fairview team. Greg immediately tells Marcia the only reason he's dating her is to get his playbook, a notion Marcia scoffs at, but no one is scoffing when he actually does swipe the playbook.

Episode 10
Jan becomes convinced she is a "no talent loser" after she fails to make it into a ballet recital which follows with her totally dropping out of ballet and on to tap dancing which totally drives the Brady family crazy.
