Mix spielt 26 Jahre nach den Ereignissen des Werkes Touch an der Meisei-Oberschule und handelt von den beiden Tachibana-Stiefbrüdern Touma und Shouichirou sowie ihrer Schwester Otomi. Das Ziel der Brüder ist es, den Baseball-Club erneut an die Spitze der Oberschulmeisterschaften zu bringen und diese zu gewinnen. Doch wird es den hochtalentierten Jungen gelingen, ihren Traum Wirklichkeit werden zu lassen …?
