Nach einer schweren Kindheit wird Jang Hye Sung (Lee Bo Young) Pflichtverteidigerin, sieht den Job aber nur als Broterwerb und hält andere mit ihrer schroffen, ernüchterten Art auf Abstand. Das ändert sich, als der Schüler Park Soo Ha (Lee Jong Suk) auftaucht und behauptet, helfen zu können.
