After passing out in her office, Se-jin takes a few days off with Seung-tak by her side. Seung-won persuades Tae-hyeon to finish a job.

A traumatized Seung-tak disappears after leaving the hospital. Seung-won assigns another doctor to perform surgery on Yeong-min.

After making a grand comeback, Seung-tak asks Yeong-min to teach him how to be a good doctor without needing to be possessed by a spirit.

Yeong-min learns that the surgery that could help him wake up comes with a critical side effect. He gives an out-of-work doctor a second chance.
