Rex liefert sich immer wieder Zweikämpfe mit Polizisten und erschießt sie dabei reihenweise. Als Revolverheld 'Mad Rex' will er Geschichte schreiben. Sein Traum ist eine Verfilmung seines Lebens in Hollywood. Als er von dem Polizisten Shepard erfährt, der alleine eine Gangsterbande erledigt hat, fordert er diesen zum Duell. Doch in dem desillusionierten Cop findet er einen ebenbürtigen Gegner.
